How you can support survivors

  • Please note: by making your on-line gift through Canada Helps, you will receive your charitable tax receipt from them on our behalf.

  • You can make a donation by cheque or credit card by printing out our donation form and mailing it along with your payment to the Niagara Sexual Assault Centre at:

    Niagara Sexual Assault Centre

    43 Church Street, Suite 503

    St. Catharines, ON

    L2R 7E1

Or by calling us with your credit card information at 905-682-7258.

  • Many of our donors wish to give generously on an ongoing basis. Monthly Giving allows donors to have their donation deducted each month from their credit card or bank account. By selecting this option, you can easily set up your monthly giving preferences. A tax receipt will be issued at the end of the year and your consistent support allows NRSAC to budget and plan for future programs and services.

Become a Monthly Giving Partner today and join a group of donors who are committed to the future sustainability of the Niagara Sexual Assault Centre.

  • Planned Giving is a way for you to support NSAC by making a commitment to provide funds in the future. Some of the more common types of planned giving include: bequests in your will, charitable remainder trusts and gifts of life insurance, stocks, bonds or real estate. The most common form, making a charitable gift through a bequest in your will, can be done by setting aside a certain dollar amount or leaving a percentage of your estate and/or assets.

If you are considering making a planned gift to NSAC, we would be pleased to meet with you and to recommend next steps. We also encourage consulting with a professional advisor who can tell you about the tax benefits of planned gifts and who will help you put them in place.

  • We are proud to have an endowment fund, the Niagara Victim Services Fund, hosted by the Niagara Community Foundation. This fund allows donors to contribute financially to the future sustainability of NRSAC. Capital is held and invested in perpetuity and the expectation is to grow the monetary value over time so that eventually NSAC will be able to use the investment income to fund core expenses.

If you would like to make a donation to this fund, please designate “Endowment Fund” when remitting your payment. Donating to the Endowment fund is an investment and commitment to the future of the Niagara Sexual Assault Centre.
